Title: DRSC Audit & Assurance - Senior Associate - Transformation What impact will you make? Information for decision-making is vital as is effective coordination of our processes. As a senior analyst with the transformation team, you will work with the different SEA offices and what you deliver will make a difference as you provide actionable insights and bring efficiency. You will work across a range of internal enabling areas to support the quality, transformation, and operations functions in Audit & Assurance. So what are you waiting for? Join the winning team now. Work you’ll do: • Data extraction from various systems for use in management discussion and analysis • Data manipulation using tools such as Excel, Qlikview, and/or PowerBI to load and transform raw data into standard data models • Data analysis, visualizing results through interactive dashboards which you will build • Performing and coordinating reconciliations to verify the completeness and accuracy of data • Carry out data quality checks which will need to be raised to management if any problems occur • Manage a portfolio of reporting deliverables to local leadership and Asia Pacific, ensuring tasks are being done on time and in an efficient and accurate manner • Assist in the training and facilitation of audit platform training modules to professionals • Project management and coordination of various change and transformation activities Your role as a leader: At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Core Requirements: • Technology savvy and keen to learn new technologies and how it applies to our workflows • Creative and thinks outside the box • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong brand knowledge will be an advantage • Prior experience working with and managing large data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, data cleansing and transformations, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics findings • Additional prior experience working in Audit, Qlikview and/or PowerBI would be beneficial • Individuals should be enthusiastic and have a flair for problem solving and troubleshooting • Demonstrated critical thinking skills • Passionate about learning about inhouse audit platform • Good communication skills both verbal and written (English language) • Attention to detail and accuracy • Organization, time management and prioritization skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
