Job description Process travel and medical insurance claim All claims are appropriately handled, documented, evaluated and investigated within the Guidelines. Identify potential for fraudulent/recovery in claims. To meet deadline in submission of assignments, monthly claims status reports and any other ad hoc reports as and when required. To provide fast, efficient, and courteous claims service to all clients within the standards established by the Company. To ensure proper complaint handling, including prompt escalations, acknowledgements, and timely updates to clients. Job Requirements Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree Added advantage will be given to those who possess a minimum of 2 years travel/medical insurance claims Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Strong communication and listening skills Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
