Quality Control Engineer

i. Maintain QMS procedure and processes document including entering and backing up data. ii. Inspect incoming and outgoing product using relevant equipment to ensure quality standard are met. iii. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulation. iv. Maintains project and backup data base. v. To prepare report data from inspection and collect, analyze, summarize information and trends, submit status performance and recommending actions to team or customer. vi. Control, monitor and coordinate with production order and process as per plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes. vii. Operate and manage QC instrument FARO Laser Tracker and FARO Arm. viii. Work with team on any quality failures and ensure proper action taken to improve on the defects ix. Analyze identify root cause and take appropriate action to production related issues and quality for necessary Corrective & Preventive countermeasure (CARS). x. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
