a) Identify and develop potential customers and translate into profitable commercial prospects. b) Develop technical solutions and determines process for each project/job, meeting customer requirements. Collaborate and consolidate with other relevant departments to ensure customers’ needs are met. c) Prepare and deliver technical project proposals and presentation to customers after approved by management; d) Negotiate contracts and provide technical support. e) Controls cost, profit and loss and project schedule for each project/job plan by reviewing design, specifications, customer requirements, time requirements, sequencing project elements, any plan and schedule changes; and recommending actions. f) Prepare and confer with customers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; submit status, performance and recommending actions. g) Prepare and submit status and performance report to management and customer. h) To mitigate the gap and do the analysis and action on any project timelines. i) To monitor the customer project plan from delivery to payment. j) To support the company business plan and development. k) Involved and contribute in supplier/ customer /company’s audit session or visit. l) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. m) Maintain customer survey and record. n) Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management. o) Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. p) Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements. q) Support in ERP system. r) Support any other assignments request by management.
