  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Resin Processing & Production Manage the processing of thermoplastic and thermoset resins, including PP, PE, PET, PVC, PS, ABS, PA, PC, and specialty polymers. Operate and optimize extruders, injection molding machines, pelletizers, granulators, and filtration systems. Ensure the proper drying, blending, and homogenization of resins to meet production specifications. Monitor and adjust key processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, shear rate, screw speed, and cooling cycles to optimize product quality. 2. Process Optimization & Troubleshooting Analyze production data and adjust machine settings to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance material consistency. Identify and resolve processing defects such as melt instability, poor dispersion, excessive moisture, or contamination. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement new resin formulations, additives, and process improvements. Optimize degassing, filtration, and material flow to reduce defects in the final plastic product. 3. Quality Control & Testing Conduct material testing using Melt Flow Index (MFI), Impact Strength, Tensile Testing, Density Measurement, FTIR, DSC, and Rheological Analysis. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and industry-specific plastic quality standards. Maintain detailed records of batch processing, quality control results, and material performance for traceability and reporting. 4. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and calibration of resin processing equipment. Assist in upgrading and modifying machinery for better material flow, filtration, and degassing efficiency. Work with maintenance teams to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in processing lines. 5. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations for plastic processing operations. Implement safety protocols for handling high-temperature resins, volatile additives, and potential hazards in plastic production. Manage proper storage, labeling, and disposal of waste materials, contaminants, and chemical additives. 6. Research & Development Stay updated on advanced resin processing techniques, including biodegradable plastics, high-performance polymers, and sustainable recycling. Participate in product development trials for new resin blends, composite materials, and enhanced formulations. Assist in developing customized resins for specific industries such as automotive, packaging, medical, construction, and consumer goods. Qualifications & Skills: -Expertise in thermoplastic and thermoset resin processing. -Understanding of additives, stabilizers, impact modifiers, and plasticizers in resin formulation. -Experience with extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and resin compounding techniques.
