• Manage the store with the objective to deliver the budgeted revenues and profitability. • Uphold the sales performance and reputation of the store. • Carry out instruction, implement policy and propose improvements of the store to the management. • Carry out planning on sales campaign and promotion period. • Closely monitor sales and expenses of the store and to target a higher profit. • Control the inventory level and to ensure strict adherence of the procedures on space rental. • Manage the allocation of employees with the objective to improve the employee’s productivity. • Motivate and develop the employees to have positive mindset and be pro-active in achieving company’s goal and objectives. • Monitor the repair and maintenance expenses and to maintain proper records. • Establish good rapport with supplier/vendor. • Ensure the security and housekeeping of the store to enable customers to enjoy safe and good shopping experience. • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the store and to abide to all rules and regulations required by local authorities. • Handle customers’ complaints and make immediate improvement to provide excellent customer service. • Submit reports and documents as and when required by the management. • Liaise closely with government agencies when there is checking and visit to the store. • Liaise with HR Department to provide necessary training to deliver excellence in customer service. • Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
