Description: • Handling calls, emails and walk-ins with regards to air flight, hotels and transfer information. • Flight & Hotel reservations. • Service corporate clients on all airline enquiries and travel related matters. • Assist in visa applications, travel insurances & tour packages. • Maintain records & files. • Have good knowledge on itinerary drafting, & tour operation. Requirements:- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent. - At least 2 or 3 years experience in Tourism & Hospitality Industry. - Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate. - Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
