INSURANCE CUM PA TO EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

INSURANCE 1. Handling all insurance matters including new coverage matters, renewal and claims. 2. Check record and alert about the existing expiry date and must apply for renewal two weeks before. Before the expiry, you must brief and discuss with Executive Chairman & GGM. 3. To report all insurance matters to GGM and liaise with Allianz General Insurance KB/LKL. 4. Using the Alpha Portal of the Insurance Company to issue cover notes and policies. PA 1. Managing and maintaining the Executive Chairman’s calendar and schedule; 2. Dealing with Executive Chairman’s correspondence, including urgent and diplomatic matters; 3. Making hotel, flight and appointments arrangements for the Executive Chairman; 4. Preparing meetings, meeting materials and taking minutes in various meetings chaired by Executive Chairman; 5. Managing and maintaining Executive Chairman’s document libraries and archives; 6. Coordinating arrangements for Executive Chairman’s guests;
