Integration Manager (The Exchange TRX)
The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.
The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.
We are looking for a proactive Integration Manager to lead the seamless integration of network, hardware, software systems and building management systems within our mall environment.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives through effective stakeholder management, governance, and performance reporting.
Your duties include but not limited to:
Gain a deep understanding of the mall’s network and IT infrastructure, including its integration with the building management system.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide both remote and on-site support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and project site work.
Take ownership of tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective management.
Define, design, and implement best-practice processes to enhance operational efficiency and align with evolving business needs.
Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality, while driving operational excellence.
Requirement :
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and building management system integration within a mall or commercial building environment.
Degree in IT with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Great communication skills and stakeholder management with strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Team player who encourages the sharing of resources and knowledge across teams.
