- Develop, organize, and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.
- Propose marketing strategies, integrating the marketing mix (product, pricing, positioning, and promotion) to achieve the business plan.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to plan and produce marketing materials, including photos and videos.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, primarily on social media platforms.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, plan social media posts, and demonstrate proficiency in copywriting.
- Ensure visual merchandising in retail stores aligns with the brand's primary and secondary focus.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with associates such as principals, media, key opinion leaders (KOL), and the public.
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage the budget and make investment decisions within the allocated budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
- Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets to contribute to the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
