  • Develop, organize, and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.
  • Propose marketing strategies, integrating the marketing mix (product, pricing, positioning, and promotion) to achieve the business plan.
  • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to plan and produce marketing materials, including photos and videos.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, primarily on social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, plan social media posts, and demonstrate proficiency in copywriting.
  • Ensure visual merchandising in retail stores aligns with the brand's primary and secondary focus.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with associates such as principals, media, key opinion leaders (KOL), and the public.
  • Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage the budget and make investment decisions within the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
  • Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets to contribute to the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
