主要职责:

  • 招聘:主要负责公司的人才招聘工作,制定招聘计划,筛选合适的候选人,进行面试和评估,确保为公司引进优质人才。与用人部门密切沟通,了解岗位需求,确保招聘流程顺利进行。
  • 人力资源合规性:确保遵守所有当地劳动法和公司政策,维护准确的人力资源记录,并谨慎处理机密信息。
  • 培训:组织和实施公司内部的培训项目,包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能提升培训等,确保员工不断学习和提升。通过培训帮助员工更好地融入公司文化,提升工作效率和业务能力。
  • 人力资源管理:协助工资发放、福利管理和其他人力资源相关任务, 涉及外籍员工管理,包括纪律问题、住宿安排、合规与审计、体检、治疗等。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and company policies, maintain accurate HR records, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and support career development programs for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
  • HR Administration: Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Involved in the management of foreign workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement, compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.

  • 2-5年人力资源相关工作经验,零售行业经验者优先。
  • 熟悉马来西亚劳动法和人力资源最佳实践。
  • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
  • 具备处理机密信息的诚信能力。
  • 较强的组织能力,注重细节。
  • 熟练使用微软办公软件套件。
  • 积极态度,主动、独立且高度自我驱动。
  • 能够立即上岗。

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.
