As a Commercial Executive, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and play a key role in managing supplier engagements, sourcing services, and ensuring competitive commercial terms. You will represent Nevigate both locally and internationally in securing services from suppliers.

Key Objectives:

  • Enhance supplier performance and improve commercial terms.
  • Manage global contract negotiations with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and build long-term relationships for quality performance.
  • Support AI/automation initiatives and align supplier operations with Nevigate’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial and pricing support, proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage supplier contracts and maintain competitive pricing for bids.
  • Update supplier pricing in the ERP system and ensure up-to-date escalation contacts.
  • Monitor supplier SLAs and report monthly on key commercial activities.
  • Mitigate supplier risks and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams.
  • Issue purchase orders and verify invoices.
  • Track and follow up on circuit terminations with providers.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required by management.
  • Degree in Business or IT.
  • Strong understanding of Internet, Networking, and Routing Technologies.
  • Self-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

1 to 3 Years of Relevant Experience in the Field
