HR -Responsible for a comprehensive administrative support to day to day operations of human resources function. -Providing assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs in website, newspaper, maintaining a spreadsheet on tracking an applicant. -Providing general administrative support such as preparing forms and reports as needed. -To develop, maintain & upkeep of the candidates’ database in timely manner. -Assist in compiling the training evaluation form and training report from trainees upon the training. -Assist in monitoring & maintaining training requisition form, employee training record & training related documents. To maintain & update into training summary report & system. -To assist and coordinate in employee events, campaign and activities. -To assists in filling employee cases & resolving Industrial Relation Dispute Cases. -Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management. Admin -Daily checking & monitoring of staff daily attendance (TMS) -Leave administrations, update of staff leave card, staff movements. -General Administrations exp staff insurance, monthly staff entitlement etc. -Oversee & arrange of contract cleaner daily work. -Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management.
