Compile and maintain personnel records Update internal data (e.g. sick or maternity leave records) Keeping employee records (soft copy and hard copy) Update HR database (eg new hires, terminations, holidays and sick leave) Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides Monitor for attendance staff, manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsible for the whole process for payment of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS and HRDF Monthly Contribution - Monthly Manpower planning and training needs assessment. HandIing and resoIving of discipIinary cases, confIicts feedback and compIaints ResponsibIe for strategic planning of HR initiatives, compensation and benefits recommendation Assist on confirmation, termination and other related HR matter. Implement policies and procedures for production of documents, work flow, filing, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Develop and implement KPIs to drive organizational performance. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other labor regulations. Preparing paperwork for HR policies and procedures Process employee requests and provide relevant information Coordinating HR projects, meetings and training seminars Manage the department's call center and email inquiries appropriately Preparing reports and presentations for internal meetings Preparing complete documents to be sent to the appointed accountant Record keeping and filing of every company document received (invoices, correspondence and documents) Support and maintain administrative task, documentation fiIIing, License,and assist auditor requirement To comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
