Job Description – Finance Executive 1. Prepare payment voucher, cheque and other banking related matters 2. Checking Accounts Receivables & Payable and debtors’ collection 3. Maintain proper accounting record and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Assist daily operational works of Finance Department. 5. To assist in maintaining physical inventories. 6. To assist in any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time. 7. Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner 8. Assist in handling of full sets of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, inter-company billing updates 9. Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner 10. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services and ensuring valid invoices. 11. Maintain listing of accounts payable and general ledger. 12. Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers. 13. Perform monthly ( SYSTEM account payable reconciliation). 14. Receive, input, verify and process all AP invoices, expenses, utilities, monthly rental, and etc. 15. Preparation for payment and payment vouchers on time; 16. Ensure all documents and records are well organized;
