Internal Audit Senior Consultant

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through execution and reporting. • Assess and evaluate internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes for clients. • Conduct detailed audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify risks and inefficiencies. • Develop and execute audit plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements. • Prepare clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with recommendations for improvements. • Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and clients. • Assist in the development of internal audit methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Provide training and guidance to junior staff and help them develop their audit skills. • Support clients in identifying areas of operational improvement and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and ensure implementation of recommendations. • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging risks to ensure audits are thorough and compliant.
