General Office Support - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. - Manage office supplies inventory and ensure necessary stock is available. - Perform basic data entry and record-keeping. - Binding & Document Preparation - Handle document binding, laminating, and printing as required. - Ensure reports, proposals, and other office materials are properly organized and prepared. - Help with lifting and moving office furniture or equipment when necessary. - Assist staff with any other minor tasks as requested. - Ensure all doors, windows, and equipment are properly secured at the end of the day (if applicable) - Deliver documents, packages, or office supplies within and outside the office as needed.
