ASSISTANT BUILDING MAINTENANCE

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.). • Check on the main incoming water supply and water pumps. • Perform maintenance repairs and services • To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations • Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality. • Highlight any other matters that need future upgrading work. • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. • Plan and schedule repairs daily. • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. • Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting and carpentry. • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. • Perform general landscaping maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspection to identify problems. • Monitoring pest control • Replace broken fixtures and hardware. • Assist with painting, repairing, and plastering walls if needed. • Maintain clean and safe workplace • Order supplies and material needed for repair and maintenance. • To check and maintain all air conditioning and top up gas if needed. • Performing other related duties as assigned
