• To follow up, prepare all maintenance proposal after warranty/ (to propose new contract) • Maintaining after sales service. • Preparing sales report • Identifying industry trends/sales market • Responsible for engaging new customers, maintaining communication with existing customers, attending site surveys and meetings as required. • Identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. • Provides professional advice of product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information. • Prepares quotation, proposal by studying all related documents, consulting with quantity surveyor. • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior. • Work along sales throughout the whole sales process and be a key person in liaising with clients. • Be responsible for preparing Proposals whenever there is a need for proposal submission. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers/ project team, to ensure the smooth execution of projects. • Foster and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, decision makers. • Willingness to travel and outstation (If require). •Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. •Good computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
