Partner with the project team to identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales representative’s overall effectiveness throughout the sales pitching. Consult, train, mentor, and coach the sales team in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness. Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on coaching plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills on sales generation. Develop and maintain coaching materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources. Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness. Identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
