Sourcing and Networking : - Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms, industry events, networking, and other creative methods. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings. - Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pools to attract top talent. Talent Market Insights: - Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and recruitment best practices. - Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR team regarding market trends, candidate availability, and competitive positioning.
