Production Planning Executive

JOB SCOPE: 1. Establishes daily/weekly production schedules including releasing work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements. 2. Coordinate with the ordering , purchasing, store and production teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, material planning, production output, and meet customer delivery targets. 3. Track and manage daily production workload. 4. Effectively plan to minimize changeovers in production and reduce wasted production setup time resulting from changes in the planning schedule JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Candidates must have at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, master's degree, or equivalent • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS. Word, or equivalent • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply • Salary Negotiable (Based on working experience & qualification) • Teamwork oriented and able to work with minimum supervision • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good organization skill and able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines BENEFITS: • 5 days working per week. • A free hostel unit is provided for employees from outstation
