  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IQUARTZ SDN. BHD. seeks a PRECISION SURFACE PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and optimize CNC programs for cutting, shaping, and polishing marble slabs. • Select appropriate cutting tools, feed rates, and spindle speeds for different types of marble. • Troubleshoot errors in CNC programs and adjust parameters for precision cutting. • Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and generate machine programs. • Convert architectural and design blueprints into machine-executable code. • Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish meet industry and customer specifications. • Conduct test runs and make necessary program adjustments for optimal precision. • Perform regular machine calibration to maintain accuracy. • Collaborate with machine operators to ensure proper execution of programs. • Provide technical support and training on CNC operation. • Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot machine malfunctions and reduce downtime. • Analyze production data to improve cycle times, material utilization, and machine efficiency. • Implement automation strategies to enhance productivity. • Stay updated on new machining techniques and software advancements. • Ensure all CNC machining processes follow safety guidelines. • Adhere to marble industry regulations and company quality standards. Requirement & Skills: • Minimum 5 years and above experience in precision surface. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
