The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do -Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates -Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability -Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers -Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback -Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organization -Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS -Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities -Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts -Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements -Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction -Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation -Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization What you will bring -Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency -Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply -Age Requirement 23 to 28 years old What's in for you -Apart from mandatory benefit like EPF, Socso, EIS, Annual Leaves We also have: -Structured performance evaluation & career progression opportunity. -Mentorship program in place, to assist you in career success in our platform. -Flexible working policy -application basis. -Open communication, we are hungry for constructive idea and strong executor. -Birthday Leaves, Optical Allowance, Learning Allowance. -Learning Trip / Participants in house program -Regular social gatherings, employee appreciation events, engagement activities
