General Clerk

Requirements SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent required. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management system is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Forklift certification is a plus. Responsibility Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify accuracy of items against packing slips and purchase orders. Product Storage: Organize products and materials in designated areas of the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and storage for easy access. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications, ensuring timely and accurate deliver. Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor when stock levels are low or need restocking. Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensure that product in the warehouse system. Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies, and report any issues to the warehouse manager. Safety compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all warehouse areas are free of clutter and obstructions.
