Responsibilities: • Prepare subsidiaries management report & group consolidation • Prepare the consolidated financial statement including the supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements • Ensure the Group’s consolidation processes adhere to internal controls and MFRS audit requirements • Identify improvement plans to streamline and improve group consolidation and financial reporting processes • Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the Group financial performance • Reviewing and consolidating of the Group annual and mid-year budgets and annual Group 3-year financial forecasts for the Board • Familiar with E-invoicing & Transfer Pricing compliance Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with MIA membership is a must • Min. 5 years’ experience is required • Detail-oriented and possess the ability in multi-tasking, both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. • Good command of English & Mandarin • Good knowledge of SQL/AutoCount, excellent command in Excel. • Data processing skill is highly preferable.
