Fresh graduates are welcome, and we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in your career! **Job Description:** As a Level 1 Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable information to customers regarding our products and services. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Level 2 support teams to ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support. **Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues. - Create and manage support tickets for customer cases, ensuring follow-up until resolution. - Collaborate with Sales and Level 2 support teams for client contract expiration and further technical assistance. - Exceed customer expectations by providing accurate information and excellent service. - Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Issue licenses and provide provisioning services to customers. - Assist with periodic maintenance announcements and updates. **Requirements:** - Willingness to work on rotational shifts (4 days per week, 12 hours per shift with 2 breaks). - Willingness to work rotating shifts; own transport is an advantage. - Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Japanese is a plus. - Excellent communication in Japanese (close to native-level fluency), but no formal language certificate is required. - Energetic, positive attitude, and strong team player. - Fresh graduates eager to begin their career in an IT helpdesk center are encouraged to apply!
