- Determine and select appropriate technologies in the market can be used to improve and accelerate marketing penetration with focus on those segments and markets that maximize value/ profitability for copper rod, wire and strip in Asia-Pacific. - Determine and execute the deployment of a new CRM software for the commercial department. Ensure CRM software features the new requirements of Metrod’s expansion, commercial department marketing and communication needs and the data analytics required to achieve increase in profits. - Determine and select appropriate technologies in the market can be used to improve and accelerate marketing penetration with focus on those segments and markets that maximize value/ profitability for copper rod, wire and strip in Asia-Pacific. - Determine the future innovations in the manufacturing industries that can be used to support cost efficiencies and increase profits (including the use of lean management). . - Design and report data analytics measuring Metrod’s marketing activities and customer behaviour using modelling software. Modelling software should be used to determine key marketing factors and metrics in the copper rod, strip and wire industry. - Improve the commercial department business processes through plotting out a visual map of current processes and improved processes to reach sales targets. Business processes improvement should encopass cost reduction and include Metrod’s sustainability issues. - Metrod’s expansion requires increased brand image and awareness. The candidate will be expected to deploy customer satisfaction programs to improve customer loyalty, brand image and suitable long term business contracts. - Deployment digital marketing applications and software to increase brand awareness and speed of business pull in Asia Pacific. - Deployment of demand pull Marketing for distribution centres servicing the retail high value markets across region. - Result-oriented sales target to be achieved as per KPI set. Identify potential customer & develop new business using primary and secondary research. - Developing the sales & marketing strategy in line with company objectives and goals. Design and execute new brand image building activities to ensure Metrod’s brand is able to pull demand in the Asia Pacific Region. New activities will have to be justified through data analysis projections and research. - Design Metrod’s commercial department stakeholder analysis and stakeholder communication plan. Maintain effective communications to all stakeholders internally and externally. - Ensure on-time delivery / shipment to customers by working together with operations to use improved technologies. Lean sigma skills shall be a plus. - Monitor and report credit & pricing risks using data analysis techniques.
