We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in the F&B industry. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality standards, and lead the team to deliver an excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service. • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality. • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. • Assist in managing inventory, stock ordering, and cost control. • Support scheduling, payroll, and staff performance management. • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and revenue growth. • Work with the management team to optimize restaurant performance and profitability. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for food and hospitality. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. • Candidates with prior experience in restaurant management will have an added advantage.
