Get to know the Role: We are currently seeking a passionate and eager-to-learn Sales Enablement (SE) Tools & Team Coordinator, who can help to manage regional SE team programs and systems. The ideal candidate should display strong program management skills and ownership to ensure well-oiled SE operations, resulting in optimized productivity and readiness in our sales force. Additionally, this candidate must be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. The day-to-day activities: -Program Management: Coordinate and manage timelines for internal SE programs with the stakeholders -Event Management: Assist in planning, organising, and managing SE events such as team offsites and more. -Learning System Management: Supports team members updating of internal learning systems -Data management: Maintain accurate records of tool usage, performance metrics, and team feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaboration: Work closely across the regional Sales Enablement team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of tools with business objectives. -Reporting: Generate regular reports on tool performance and team productivity -Administrative support: Update and monitor verticals’ contact lists to keep all stakeholders updated with the latest information. -Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Enablement team. The must haves: 1+ years of experience in a coordination or support role, preferably within a sales or technology environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g. ASANA), learning platforms (e.g. Seismic, Highspot, HubSpot, MindTickle, Cornerstone). Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
