As an Associate/Senior Associate Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in Meta Ads, SEO & SEM, Figma, and web design to create high-performing campaigns and visually appealing assets that resonate with our target audience. Your understanding of the SaaS business model will be critical in crafting messaging and strategies that align with our business goals. Meta Ads Management: o Plan, create, and manage high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. o Conduct A/B testing, analyse performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. o Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and emerging trends. 2. SEO & SEM Strategy: o Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. o Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content), and build high-quality backlinks. o Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs o Monitor and analyse SEO/SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and etc. 3. Web Design & User Experience: o Use Figma to design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, landing pages, UI & UX and marketing assets. o Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs. o Continuously optimize website design for better user engagement and conversion rates. 4. SaaS Marketing Strategy: o Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the SaaS business model, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. o Create compelling content and messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of our SaaS product. o Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 5. Content Creation & Branding: o Design and produce engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and presentations. o Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand’s visual identity and messaging. 6. Analytics & Reporting: o Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms. o Prepare regular reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Expertise in managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a track record of achieving strong ROI. • Proficiency in Figma for interface, web and graphic design. • Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices. • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with other marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva) is a plus.
