Process and validate requests for letters of guarantee for specialist and hospital care based on entitlements and limits. Issue and deliver letters of guarantee to patients or providers per entitlements and limits. Guide members on personal claims procedures and processing. Manage each inquiry and complaint, ensuring proper escalation and resolution. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors or the Head of Department. Qualification: Minimum 6 months of call center experience. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
