1) Support and coordinate the implementation of EU Project activities to ensure delivery of the activity plan, outputs and objectives. 2) Conduct periodic meetings with project teams and other relevant colleagues to provide updates and monitor progress, incorporating adaptive management where required, and ensuring alignment with overall programme and policy directions. 3) Compile and prepare periodic narrative reports and support other relevant project reporting processes, including technical progress reports. 4) In collaboration with the project and finance teams, keep track of budgets and expenditure, and support the preparation of financial and audit reports and other relevant processes. 5) Undertake regular project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) according to the M&E plan, including coordinating the mid-term review and final evaluation of the project. 6) Establish and maintain database of project documentation, including the activity plan, logical framework, M&E plan, timesheets, detailed financial records, activity reports, meeting minutes, contracts and agreements. 7) Coordinate the preparation of project documents such as proposals, Terms of References, consultancy contracts, official letters and other documents. 8) Coordinate communications and visibility initiatives in line with the project communications plan, including the development and dissemination of appropriate promotional content and knowledge materials. 9) Liaise and communicate with the EU office to coordinate grant payments, submission of reports, donor visits, funding sustainability and provide other information and updates as required. 10) Ensure all activities related to the project are carried out in line with and adhering to the EU grant conditions, requirements, templates and timelines. 11) Keep abreast with current issues in social development for conservation at local, national and global levels. This may require supporting and/or participating in relevant internal and external meetings and workshops, and preparing reports or other post-event documentation. 12) Support the implementation and monitoring of social policies and safeguards within conservation programmes through contributing to developing tools, guidance and other technical documents. 13) Engage with relevant external stakeholders including government counterparts and local social or indigenous organisations to build relationships, exchange knowledge and support policy advocacy efforts, where required. 14) Participate wholeheartedly in the general activities of WWF-Malaysia, particularly events and activities that require the full support and participation of all staff, whether or not the focus of any particular event or activity has any bearing on your job description and assigned project objectives and activities.
