  • Monitor and manage order processing, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Provide detailed product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for internal review
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, and other departments to streamline processes
  • Handle documentation, invoicing, post-sale follow-ups and payment collections
  • Track customer feedback and industry trends to identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling
  • Assist to disseminate marketing materials/content via mobile etc
  • Monitor inventory control and re-stock processes
  • Constant monitoring of government assisted grants and program
  • Apply product certifications and renewals
  • All other related sales support work
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and graphic design is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and BM are required; able to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the wellness or skincare industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
