- Monitor and manage order processing, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Provide detailed product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for internal review
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and other departments to streamline processes
- Handle documentation, invoicing, post-sale follow-ups and payment collections
- Track customer feedback and industry trends to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling
- Assist to disseminate marketing materials/content via mobile etc
- Monitor inventory control and re-stock processes
- Constant monitoring of government assisted grants and program
- Apply product certifications and renewals
- All other related sales support work
- Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and graphic design is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and BM are required; able to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the wellness or skincare industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
