Administrative Job Scope

• Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

• Handle events, holidays, and vacations

• Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.

• Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute

• Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate

• Communicate with vendors and keep data in order

• Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs

• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

• Assist General Manager to delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team

• Checking and data entry of inventory stocks

• Other daily administrative routines

• Assist with internal/external audits

Accounting Job Scope

• Ensure complete recording and documentation of daily transactions.

• Understand and be able to perform double entry, reconciliation, and accounts ledger

• Liaison with company accountant

• Handle daily transactions, filing with supporting documents

• Basic AR and AP handling

• Prepare payment schedule

• Keep proper filing and records for both paper and electronic

• Assist with accounting audits

  • B. Com/M. Com/MBA(Fin) with minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Cum Admin Officer reporting directly to senior management.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.
  • Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook skills, ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
