Prepare quotations for clients, ensuring pricing aligns with customization requirements and delivery timelines.Coordinate with internal teams (production, procurement, logistics) to ensure the timely delivery of corporate gift orders.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate gift sales targets.Identify market trends and client needs to offer customized corporate gift solutions.Provide expert advice to clients on gift selections that align with their branding, event themes, or company values.Manage and resolve any client concerns or issues related to product quality, delivery, or customization.Collaborate with the design team to ensure that client branding is accurately reflected in product customization. Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for seamless communication with suppliers in China.Minimum 2 years’ experience.Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
