  • Provide expert advice to clients on gift selections that align with their branding, event themes, or company values.
  • Manage and resolve any client concerns or issues related to product quality, delivery, or customization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that client branding is accurately reflected in product customization.
  • Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for seamless communication with suppliers in China.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
