Principal Accountabilities:

  • Perform receiving via ERP system for each stocks received
  • Ensure data accuracy for each transaction made
  • Raise Purchase Requisition on stocks to Procurement Department on warehouse stocks
  • Assist in physical receiving & follow receiving inspection as per HACCP standard
  • Assist in printing out Transfer Order/ Picking Ticket for storekeeper
  • Prepare item Fulfilment for outlets’ Transfer Order raised
  • Warehouse stock checking
  • Monitor on stock inventory at warehouse in system
  • Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior

Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for entering data and information into computer database for effective record keeping.

Skills & Specifications

  • Fast typing skills
  • Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to multi-tasking
