Outlet Supervisor (Cheras Area)
- Contributing to the increase in kiosk sales & branch sales.
- Customer Service - Answering questions, must provide service and help to customers even though DobiQueen is a self-service Laundromat.
- - Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Help customers wash and dry clothes.
- - Free Transfer service: Moving customer clothes from washer to dryer.
- - Easy Folding service: Folding the customer's clothes with an easy technique to avoid wrinkles for the Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (without charge).
- - Folding Service: Folding the customer's clothes according to the company's SOP (a charge applies and the employee will get a commission).
- Keeping the branch clean throughout working hours.
- Prepare daily reports - Opening, Closing and Sales of DobiQueen Products.
- Manage Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photostate).
- Manage any tools ie. gas, pump, etc. in the branch to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Compliant and ready to cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
- Perform other tasks that have been set by the management from time to time.
- Work alone in the branch, like you are the branch owner! No problems or political issues or conflicts with other employees!

Working Hours :
- 9.30am - 7.00pm
- Break time for 2 hours.
- Work 6 days a week & off on weekdays.
- Any change of working hours is at the discretion of the Company.
- Overtime (OT) is only necessary if notified by superiors.
