  • Handle a variety of tasks with ease, from managing databases to coordinating with suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners.
  • Stay one step ahead to anticipate needs and keep things on track.
  • Stellar organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management tools.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask like a pro.
  • Experience in liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations, and managing vendor relationships.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude.

    We’re preferably looking for candidates aged 30 and above who bring maturity, experience, and a strong work ethic to the role.
