- Implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives
- Conduct market research and anlysis to identify oppotunities and customer needs
- Responsible for achieving sales target, expand existing clienteles, partners & maintain good rapport
- Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the brick and construction industry
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience of 2-4 years
- Prefer minimum 2 years and above industrial sales experience
- Strong business and communication skill
- Able to communicate with all levels of people
- Able to work with Team
- Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- 6 days work (In door sales)
