  • Implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives
  • Conduct market research and anlysis to identify oppotunities and customer needs
  • Responsible for achieving sales target, expand existing clienteles, partners & maintain good rapport
  • Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings
  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the brick and construction industry
  • To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience of 2-4 years
  • Prefer minimum 2 years and above industrial sales experience
  • Strong business and communication skill
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Able to work with Team
  • Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • 6 days work (In door sales)
