PS Country Marketing Manager

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, managing cross-functional teams and budgets for go-to-market plans, and executing customer segmentation strategies and experience plans. The role oversees marketing support activities, ensures compliance with country laws, leads market research, and drives campaign creation and optimization across channels. Additionally, the role assists in managing vendor relationships, sales training materials, and partner development.
Responsibilities
• Participates in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manages cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and budgets.
• Develops customer segmentation strategies and defines customer experience plans and executes/monitors them.
• Oversees marketing support activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as needed.
• Ensures that all marketing activities adhere to local regulations and compliance standards.
• Provides expert inputs on offering messaging and manages delivery of pre-determined localized marketing materials and content by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Leads thorough market research to identify opportunities, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within the designated country or region.
• Drives creation, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns in assigned country across various channels, including digital marketing and traditional advertising.
• Participates in managing business relationships with advertising, direct marketing and/or marketing research vendors.
• Assists sales team with the development of a sales training material and with partner development.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
