About the Role

The role will be responsible for vendor administrative activities including process management and process governance related to third-party vendors contracts for AIA.

As an Assistant Manager, Contract Process and Governance, you will support the overall contract management team in adhering to the Group Technology IT Contract Management Guidelines including the associated process flows and required tasks, utilising designated IT platforms and tools. Key tasks include:

  • Uploading executed contracts into the contract management platform and other platforms as required to enable downstream activities.

  • Actively manage and update contract pipelines/trackers to monitor all contract activities underway to ensure the efficient allocation of work among the team and the management of internal stakeholders.

  • Support the team with monitoring the progress of contracts as they advance through the end-to-end negotiation, implementation, and renewal cycle.

  • Monitoring and identifying critical contract renewals and driving progress through the associated processes.

  • Reporting on contract renewal status as required for meetings with team, other key internal stakeholders such as Finance, and during key periods throughout the year.

  • Notifying stakeholders of contract renewals and expiry.

  • Advising stakeholders on contract status, questions, and interpretations of Guidelines, Policies, and Standards.

  • Advising stakeholders of the processes associated with contracts and contract administration in AIA.

  • Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to drive continuous improvements with contract management.

  • Developing content and advising stakeholders on contract management, including best practices, processes, and templates.
