- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange and coordinate conference calls, video conferences, and other virtual meetings.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange and manage travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Director.
- Ensure all travel-related documents and arrangements are in order.
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
- Project Assistance:
- Assist the Managing Director with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
- Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Independent Travel:
- Be able to drive and travel independently as required for work-related tasks and responsibilities.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other administrative and support duties as required to assist the Managing Director and the organization.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an immigration consultancy or related field.
- Skills: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Maintain strict confidentiality and professional interactions with all levels of management, staff, clients, government departments, and business associates. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.- Valid driver's license and ability to drive and travel independently.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an immigration consultancy or related field.
