Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage purchasing activities, including supplier selection and purchase order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize holding costs.
  • Track shipments, liaise with logistics providers, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle Import & Export clearance permits and documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulation for all shipments.
  • Oversee the order process, including issuing delivery orders (DO) and invoices. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate also welcome apply
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Able speak in English and Mandarin
  • Strong Analytical, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Supply Chain Management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication skills.
