Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage purchasing activities, including supplier selection and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize holding costs.
- Track shipments, liaise with logistics providers, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle Import & Export clearance permits and documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulation for all shipments.
- Oversee the order process, including issuing delivery orders (DO) and invoices. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate also welcome apply
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Able speak in English and Mandarin
- Strong Analytical, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Supply Chain Management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Organizational and Communication skills.
