The Job:

  1. Strategic Leadership
    Develop and execute Pixlr Group's comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with the company's vision, mission, and business goals, especially in the software and creative tech space.
  2. Brand Management
    • Elevate Pixlr Group's brand presence globally, positioning it as creative technology leader.
    • Ensure the brand's voice is consistent across all channels and resonates with content creators and software users.
  3. Product Marketing
    • Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
    • Ensure software products are positioned effectively to meet the needs of diverse user segments.
  4. Customer Acquisition & Retention
    • Design and implement creative, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Leverage insights from analytics to refine audience targeting and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
  5. Digital & Performance Marketing
    • Lead innovative digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media.
    • Ensure optimal performance of all channels, with a focus on driving growth in the software and SaaS space.
  6. Partnerships & Collaborations
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand Pixlr Group's reach in the global market.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  7. Budgeting & Resource Allocation
    • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring resource allocation aligns with Pixlr Group's business goals.
  8. Team Leadership
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, creative marketing team.
    • Foster a fun, collaborative, and innovative culture that aligns with Pixlr Group's dynamic work environment of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing department.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the software, technology, or creative industries.
  • Proven experience in a CMO or Senior Marketing Management role, with success in leading marketing strategies and growth hack for SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products.
  • Experience with global brand management, particularly in the creative tech or software industries, is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-level executives.
