- Cost Management – Oversee expenses, including maintenance, utilities, manpower, and purchases, to ensure they align with the budget.
- Petty Cash Management – Allocate and monitor petty cash for each outlet to ensure appropriate usage.
- Manpower Planning – Strategically relocate staff across outlets based on business needs.
- Stock & Quality Control – Audit stock levels, inspect incoming ingredients, and maintain consistent food and beverage quality.
- Outlet Cleanliness & Maintenance – Ensure hygiene standards, inspect staff personal hygiene, and maintain equipment and electrical fittings.
- Training & Staff Development – Conduct SOP briefings, train new and existing employees, and communicate company updates.
- Customer Service Excellence – Address customer complaints, explain company policies, and provide compensation when necessary.
- Administrative & Scheduling – Maintain accurate records (sales, attendance, incident reports) and publish work schedules at least two weeks in advance.
- Industrial Relations – Manage disciplinary issues, mediate staff conflicts, and enforce company policies fairly.
- Communication & Liaison – Serve as the bridge between outlets and the company for recruitment, reporting, and administrative updates.

• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is required.
• Basic computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.) is required.
