  • Cost Management – Oversee expenses, including maintenance, utilities, manpower, and purchases, to ensure they align with the budget.
  • Petty Cash Management – Allocate and monitor petty cash for each outlet to ensure appropriate usage.
  • Manpower Planning – Strategically relocate staff across outlets based on business needs.
  • Stock & Quality Control – Audit stock levels, inspect incoming ingredients, and maintain consistent food and beverage quality.
  • Outlet Cleanliness & Maintenance – Ensure hygiene standards, inspect staff personal hygiene, and maintain equipment and electrical fittings.
  • Training & Staff Development – Conduct SOP briefings, train new and existing employees, and communicate company updates.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Address customer complaints, explain company policies, and provide compensation when necessary.
  • Administrative & Scheduling – Maintain accurate records (sales, attendance, incident reports) and publish work schedules at least two weeks in advance.
  • Industrial Relations – Manage disciplinary issues, mediate staff conflicts, and enforce company policies fairly.
  • Communication & Liaison – Serve as the bridge between outlets and the company for recruitment, reporting, and administrative updates.

• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is required.

• Basic computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.) is required.
