To perform various facials and aesthetic treatments such as lasers, slimming, radiofrequency device, to customers and follow treatment protocol
To assist doctor doing various aesthetic procedures in the clinic including injectable procedures.
To provide health & beauty advice and recommendation of company products and services to customers.
Responsible to develop strong service quality and treatment measures.
Ensure all areas of the clinic are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
Ensure personal cleanliness, well grooming and follow company uniform attire.
Maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
Ensure all spa, aesthetic devices and wellness equipment are maintained in good working order at all times.
Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely in safety box, under lock and key.
Able to achieve high performance and operational standards.
To achieve or exceed any given sales target.
To communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and superiors.
To build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers.
To provide excellent rapport and follow up with customers.
Must have work experience minimum 2 years.
