Customer Coaching & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing guidance and coaching throughout their educational experience.
  • Offer personalized support, helping individuals set academic goals, navigate challenges, and achieve success.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring all communication is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling, prepare and organize documents, and assist with administrative operations as needed.
  • Support the student enrollment process, provide assistance with course selection, registration, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure that all data is updated and securely managed.
  • Provide training and resources for students and staff on academic tools, technology, and best practices for success.
  • Facilitate workshops or individual coaching sessions as needed to support personal and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
  • Address concerns and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events, including parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and workshops, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies, educational materials, and other resources, ensuring that students and staff have access to the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Work closely with faculty, staff, and leadership to implement initiatives, monitor student progress, and create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
  • Maintain and update databases and student management systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on educational tools and platforms, helping students and staff navigate the technology effectively

Requirements

  • Achieve at least diploma certificate in admin or related education.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, and relevant experience is considered a bonus!
  • Experience in conflict resolution and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desired.
  • A deep passion for continuous learning and the ability to spread unconditional love to all.

  • Knowledge of educational processes and student needs, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals.
