Job Description

  • Data entry
  • Prepare receipt for customer
  • Handle internal & external call
  • Maintain filing and proper documentation.
  • Respond to all customer enquiry through chats (WhatsApp)
  • Assist fill up customer agreement & process loan application
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative
  • Able to work under pressure

Job Requirement

  • SPM
  • Has a very good understanding of office management processes.
  • Experience or Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as on-job training is provided upon joining.
