- Data entry
- Prepare receipt for customer
- Handle internal & external call
- Maintain filing and proper documentation.
- Respond to all customer enquiry through chats (WhatsApp)
- Assist fill up customer agreement & process loan application
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

- At least 1 year of experience in administrative
- Able to work under pressure

- SPM
- Has a very good understanding of office management processes.
- Experience or Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as on-job training is provided upon joining.
