- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Proficient in speaking Mandarin
- Min 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in liaising with government bodies
- Strong understanding and practical application of local employment laws and awareness of emerging HR trends.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
